 ဗုဒ္ဓက လက်ခံထားသော စကားနှစ်မျိုး။ မှန်ကန်၊ အကျိုးရှိ၊ မနှစ်သက်ဖွယ် စကားမျိုး မှန်ကန်ုဦ အကျိုရှိ၊ နှစ်သက်ဖွယ် စကားမျိုး အကျိုးမရှိသည့်စကားကို ပြောလိုသည့် ဆန္ဒသည် ဗုဒ္ဓနှင့် ရဟန္တာတို့ပယ်သတ်ပြီးသော ကိလေသာတစ်ခု ဖြစ်၏။

 ကမ္မဋ္ဌာန်း အားထုတ်ရာ၌ အဓိက နည်းနှစ်နည်း ရှိ၏။  (၁) အပြင်အာရုံများ (ရုမ်၊နာမ်) ပေါ်၌ မိမိ၏ စိတ်ကို စူးစိုက်ရှုစေခြင်း။  (ဤနည်းကို သမထ ဘာဝနာ ဟုခေါ်)     သမထ ဟူသည် စိတ်၏ တည်ကြည်မှုကို ဆိုလို၏။ ဘာဝနာဟူသည် ကမ္မဋ္ဌာန်းအားထုတ်ပွားများမှု       (၂) မိမိ ကိုယ်အပေါ်၌ စိတ်ကို စူးစမ်းရှုခြင်း။ ဝိသည် ထင်ရှားသေချာစွာ ဟုဆိုလို၏။ ပဿနာသည် သိမှတ်ခြင်းကို ဆိုလို၏။ မိမိကိုယ်အပေါ်၌ စူးစိုက်ခြင်းဖြင့် နာမ်နှင့်ရုပ်တို့၏ သဘောအမှန်ကို ထင်ရှားသေချာစွာ သိမြင်ဖို့ အတွက် ကမ္မဌာန်း အားထုတ်ပွားများခြင်း ဖြစ်၏။

ပါရမီ ဆိုသည်မှာ အဘယ်နည်း။  ပါရမီ ဟူသော စကားက မြင့်မြတ်ကောင်းမွန်သော အမှု ဟူ၍လည်း အဓိပ္ပာယ်ဖွင့်ဆိုနိုင်၏။ ဗုဒ္ဓဘုရားတို့သည် ဗောဓိသတ္တာတို့အား သဗ္ဗုညုတဉာဏ်ကို ရယူရန် အတွက် ဘာတွေလုပ်သင့်သည်၊ ဘာတွေ မလုပ်သင့်ဟူ၍ မပြောပြခဲ့ချေ။ မိမိတို့၏ အလွန်ထူးခြားသည့် အသိဉာဏ်စွမ်းဖြင့် မိမိတို့ ကိုယ်တိုင်ပင် နည်းလမ်းကို တွေ့ရှိကြပါကုန်၏။ ပါရမီဆယ်ပါးတို့သည့်ကား - (၁) ဒါန ပါရမီ (၂) သီလ ပါရမီ (၃) နေက္ခမ္မ ပါရမီ (၄) ပညာ ပါရမီ (၅) ဝီရိယ ပါရမီ (၆) ခန္တီ ပါရမီ (၇) သစ္စ ပါရမီ (၈) အဓိဌာန ပါရမီ (၉) မေတ္တာ ပါရမီ (၁၀) ဥပေက္ခာ ပါရမီ

ထို လောကဓံ ရှစ်ပါးတို့ကား အောက်ပါ အတိုင်းဖြစ်၏။ (၁) တစ်စုံတစ်ဦးမှာ ဥစ္စာဓန ရှိသည့်အခါ၊ (၂) ဥစ္စာဓန မရှိသည့်အခါ၊ (၃) တန်ခိုးသြဇာ ရှိသည့်အခါ၊ (၄) တန်ခိုးသြဇာ မရှိသည့်အခါ၊ (၅) ချီးမွမ်းခံရသည့်အခါ၊ (၆) ချီးမွမ်း မခံရသည့်အခါ၊ (၇) ဒုက္ခရောက်သည့်အခါ၊ (၈) ဒုက္ခမှ လွတ်မြောက်သည့်အခါ၊ "တစ်သက်တာတွင် အတက်အကျများ ရှိကြ၏။ သင်သည် တက်နေသည့်အခါ မိမိကိုယ်ကို ဘဝင်မြင့်ခွင့် မပေးလင့်၊ စိတ်ဘဝင်မြင့်ခြင်းသည် လောဘကို ဖြစ်စေလိမ့်မည်။ သင်သည် ကျသွားသည့်အခါ မိမိကိုယ်ကို စိတ်မချမ်းသာခွင့် မပေးလင့်၊ စိတ်မချမ်းသာခြင်းသည် ဒေါသကို ဖြစ်စေလိမ့်မည်။" 

 Positive thinking Positve thinkig is not always easy, especially when life becomes diffcult. However, having a postive mindest can change how we see problems instead of giving up we try again.  We learn from our mistakes and become stronger. Positive thinking helps us believe that the future can be better. it gives us hope and motivation. When we think positively, we can also help others feel better.  Even small steps forward are important. A positive mind doest not mean ingoring problems it means facing them with courage. The journey might be hard,but the result is often beautiful. With a strong, positive attitude, we can build a happier and more sucessful life. The future is bright for those who believe in it.

 Believe in yourself Soemtimes, life if hard. We make miskes or feel weak.But that is okay. Nobady is perfect. What matters is to belive in yourself. When you believe in yourself, you become stronger. You try again, you learn more, and you keep moving forward. That is how dreams come true. Don't listen to people who say you can't do it. Show them that you can. Trust your heart, work hard, and stay positive. One day, you will be winner. Your english skills

 Wisdom If we want to ourself constantly, we need to develop wisdom as much as possible. Wisdom is basically the capacity to think and act using knowledge, experience, intelligence, common sense, and insight.  Wisdom is about to a deep understanding of things, incorporating tolerance for the uncertainties of life and its difficulties. So, we shouldn't fear hardship , but see it as an opportunity for the fastest improvement and growth . 

Learning how to learn!      The reason why I learn the law subject today is that my first career is IT professional work, especially in Info Sec, Infrastructure, and Auditing.   In my country, this is likely to change dramatically. Computer systems will automate some skills out of existence other skills, and a long dispute will become uneconomic. Thus, to be successful we must continually learn new skills.      The first twenty-one years of our lives should be spent in learning the basic common skills of our first career and learning how to learn.
